We have a new requirement for an immediately available maintenance technician to join a growing service provider on a temporary basis. This role is starting on Wednesday and will be paid an hourly rate, which will be paid weekly.
You will be working for a brilliant supervisor and have the opportunity to work on a prestigious commercial flexible office space contract in London. This is a foot mobile role, where your offices will be based around central London. You will be given a travel card to cover all travel expenses.
Within this temporary maintenance position you will be responsible for:
- PPMs
- Basic electrics
- Changing sockets
- Water temperature checks
- Emergency lighting
- Basic plumbing
This is a varied maintenance role and you will love the vibrant working environment and busy nature of the role. For this maintenance role we are looking for:
- Maintenance experience
- Excellent communication skills

- Immediately available to start work
