Our story starts 22 years ago when Rachel Filby started her recruitment career at one of the leading multinational recruitment brands. Here, Rachel quickly became one of their most successful consultants and established herself as an extremely capable and unique recruiter. As Rachel climbed the corporate ladder, the one constant that remained was her love for recruitment; the building of lasting relationships and being able to deliver efficient and exceptional results time, and time again. 

After becoming a mother in her 30's and experiencing some intense years of juggling the corporate world with family life, Rachel decided to close this chapter and focus purely on her original passion; offering expert recruitment and the highest level of service to her customers;

In 2022, RF Recruitment Consultancy Ltd was founded! 

Since our launch, RF Recruitment Consultancy Ltd has provided seamless recruitment services to a multitude of prestigious clients in the UK. We specialise in Facilities Management and Engineering Recruitment and are known for providing a higher level of service, not often matched, in the sector.
