Our client is an fast growing M&E service provider with a large portfolio of clients in the UK. We are looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join the team on a Permanent basis, you will be working on a commercial contract for the company, providing maintenance services to a portfolio of buildings in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of £40,000 - £42,000 in return for their hard work and dedication.

The Role
As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing a variety of maintenance services to a range of commercial buildings in Buckinghamshire. This will require you to carry out periodic checks on the plant equipment and carry out repairs where necessary. You will also be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the building. This is a role for a maintenance electrician, who has multi trade experience
Responsibilities
- Carrying out a schedule of preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth running of the buildings
- Provide a variety of reactive maintenance services as required by the client
- This is a multi skilled role where you could be involved in electrical tasks as well as other trade duties
- Client interaction on a daily basis
- Using a CAFM system to record progress
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience as a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, preferably with an 18th edition and level 3 Electrical qualification (City and Guilds / NVQ)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Clean driving licence
- IT literate and good with technology and systems
- Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
