Strategic support to the Lead Engineer to deliver the College quality, innovation, energy/carbon and value for money agenda across the area of responsibility Day to day management and accountability of the team’s budget including monthly accruals and where necessary attend budget meetings. Working with others to build the annual maintenance budget for the campus. Ensuring maintenance operations are undertaken in a safe manner Collaborating with the Asset Improvement team to deliver infrastructure projects and manage O&M information This is a varied and busy Management role for a qualified engineer who has been promoted through the ranks into a management position. Experience of managing a team of engineers in a similar role is essential for this position. This role is starting initially as a 12 month contract.
