We are looking for a multi-skilled handyperson for one of our Higher Education Clients to work within their In House Estates Team based at Denmark Hill. Within this multi skilled maintenance role you will be responsible for PPMs and reactive maintenance duties working in a lovely and well run team in Denmark Hill. Carry out multi trade maintenance and planned maintenance to a high standard including M&E, fire bell testing, water compliance tasks and emergency light testing. Flushing and Legionella management Complete minor fabric repairs including repairing doors, flooring and decorating.
