We are looking for a multi-skilled handyperson for one of our Higher Education Clients to work within their In House Estates Team based at Denmark Hill.
Within this multi skilled maintenance role you will be responsible for PPMs and reactive maintenance duties working in a lovely and well run team in Denmark Hill.

Within this Maintenance role you will...
- Carry out multi trade maintenance and planned maintenance to a high standard including M&E, fire bell testing, water compliance tasks and emergency light testing.
- Flushing and Legionella management
- Complete minor fabric repairs including repairing doors, flooring and decorating.
For this building services maintenance role in Denmark Hill we are looking for:
- General all round maintenance experience
- Demonstrable carpentry, and electrical knowledge
- IT literate particularly in Excel
- Flexible attitude and team player
- Good health and safety knowledge particularly around planned maintenance
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Legionella awareness is desirable, though not essential
- Experience of managing assigned work through a CAFM app / system (iPad usage)
