This is a chance for a qualified electrician with maintenance building services experience to join an in house estates team on a permanent basis. You will be joining the In House Estates team and be based at one of the central Campus locations, the Strand, in this Static Maintenance Electricians role. The hours for this role are 8-4 Monday - Friday.

This is a varied maintenance electrician role and will include:
- Electrical PPMs on the University campus on the Strand
- Reactive maintenance
- Fault finding
- Fire alarm, emergency lighting testing
- Being responsible for lighting, power, and all electrical maintenance
- Working as a team
- Using a CAFM system to report works completed
For this Electrical Maintenance role based on the Strand we are looking for:
- Full electrical qualifications, Level 3 17th/18th edition
- Electrical maintenance experience of PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Experience of using a CAFM system and IT literate
- A team player, motivated within your building services career
